Willow

A very warm welcome to everyone in Willow Class!

We hope that you all had an enjoyable summer and have come back to school ready and eager to learn with new and exciting challenges. 

Mr Norgrove teaches the class Monday to Friday, except for Wednesday afternoon.  

We all work together to provide a fun, exciting time in Willow Class. 

In Key Stage Two your child will study English, Reading, Mathematics, Science, Geography, History, Religious Education, Computing, Art, Music, Design and Technology, French and Physical Education. 

Maths, Reading and English lessons are timetabled every morning. Other subjects in the curriculum are covered within our Class topics. Children will be regularly encouraged to improve their efficiency and recall of times tables throughout the week using TT Rockstars. Spelling lessons happen regularly in class and we encourage reading to oneself and to an adult both at home and school. 

Willow Class, along with the other classes within the school family, will instil in your child a love of learning that will last a lifetime and a curiosity for all that is around them. 

These pages will keep you informed as to what is happening in our classroom but should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
